Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, dated 14.07.2025, passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8925 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9511 of 2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
