Anticipatory bail application has been moved by the applicants in respect of FIR No.0012 of 2025, under Sections 108, 115(2) and 352 of B.N.S. 2023 registered with Police Station Jhabrera, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Bank Manager and officials of the Bank has falsely been implicated in the case of abetment of suicide. 5. From perusal of the FIR, it transpires that the applicants have pressurized the deceased who took loan from the Bank for repayment and on 13.01.2025, the applicants entered into the house of the informant and started mis-behaving with the deceased – Sudheer Kumar. 6. The allegations made in the FIR are serious enough in nature as the applicants have no authority to enter into the house of a loanee. 7. On the previous date, on the request made by learned counsel for the applicants, this Court has given one day’s time, to get clear instructions that as to whether law/rules permit the applicants to enter into the house of a loanee for purpose of repayment of the loan or not, but, today, he has failed to show any such rule/law in favour of the applicants. 8. However it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the Bank employees can go for verification of the unit for which loan was taken, but here it is not the case. 9. Since there are serious allegations against the applicants, hence this Court does not find any good ground to grant 2025:UHC:651 anticipatory bail to the applicants and the same is rejected accordingly.
