The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C./529 of the B.N.S.S.,2023 has been filed with the prayer to issue a direction to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faizabad to decide the case no. 193 of 2024, under section 125 of Cr.P.C. within stipulated time bound period or as early as possible, which is pending since 01-05-2024. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2024 and even after passing of about 1 year, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Case No. 193 of 2024, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
