Vijay Prakash Verma and another, which was preferred against the order dated 26.07.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Court No.25), Lucknow in Crl. Misc. Case No.3642 of 2025; Surjeet Srivastava Vs. Vijay Prakash Verma and another, under Section 175(3) B.N.S.S. (akin to Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.), P.S.- Gomti Nagar Extension, District- Lucknow. 3. The instant revision being the second revision is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed with liberty to the revisionist to avail the remedy as available under law. 5.
