Heard Shri Siddhant Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners, Shri Girijesh Dwivedi, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, Shri Ravindra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for opposite party no. 3 and perused the material available on record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that though the original compromise deed has been filed along with the petition but there are some incurable defects in such agreement, therefore he is willing not to press this petition at this stage and liberty may be given to file fresh petition enclosing corrected copy of the compromise deed. He has also requested that office may be directed to return the original copy of the compromise deed to learned counsel for petitioner. 4. Having considered the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed being not pressed at this stage with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Office is directed to return the original copy of the compromise deed, which has been enclosed along with the petition to learned counsel for petitioners after keeping photocopy thereof on record.
