During the pendency of the petition both the counsels along with their parties filed joint compromise application under - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10698 CRL.P No. 1612 of 2025 Section 482 r/w Section 320(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking permission to compound the offence. Both petitioners and respondent are the brother and sister. Considering the facts and circumstances I.A.No.2/2025 is allowed. Permitted them to compound the offence. Consequently, the petition is allowed. The criminal proceedings against the petitioner in CC.No. 29556/2022 arising out of in crime No.71/2022 registered by the J.C.Nagar police, is hereby quashed.
