The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court 2, Raebareli to decide the Misc. Case No. 426 of 2025 (execution case) filed by the applicants vide application dated 21.03.2025 and 04.06.2025, under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. for compliance of the judgment dated 23.01.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court 2, Raebareli in Criminal Case No. 78 of 2017; In re: Vakeela Bano and another Vs. Mohd. Arshad, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2025, but even after passing of five months from the date of filing the application for execution of the order of maintenance dated 23.01.2023, the same has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court 2, Raebareli is directed to decide the Misc. Case No. 426 of 2025 (execution case) filed by the applicants vide application dated 21.03.2025 and 04.06.2025, under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. for compliance of the judgment dated 23.01.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court 2, Raebareli in Criminal Case No. 78 of 2017; In re: Vakeela Bano and another Vs. Mohd. Arshad, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
