Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher in a Government School in District Nainital. Vide order dated 23.06.2023, she was transferred from Government Primary School, Himmatpur, Ramnagar, District Nainital to Government Primary School Halsokorad, Betalghat, Nainital. Feeling aggrieved by her transfer, petitioner filed this writ petition in 2023. 4. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner, thus she jointed duties at the transferred place. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to the District Education Officer for cancelling her transfer, wherein, she has stated that she has served in durgam places for more than 10 years. 6. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order at this belated stage, especially when petitioner has unconditionally joined duties at the transferred place. However, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation regarding her transfer to the competent authority. If she makes representation within two weeks from today, the competent authority shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within four months thereafter.
