In this context Mr. Chetri, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused is in custody since last 60 days and considering his length of detention, he may be enlarged on bail. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below with an application for bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5.
