The present application u/s 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 774 of 2023 (State vs. Gurpreet Singh and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 69 of 2021, under Sections 406, 420 IPC, P.S. Rampur Maniharan, District Saharanpur as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 06.03.2024, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-I, Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
