2 to the petitioner to sale the fruits and vegetables as per guidelines issued by the respondent no.2. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 to pay amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs as the fruits and vegetable were taken by their employees and also looted with cost as deems fit looking to the fact and circumstances of the case. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed. An affidavit is filed herewith. 2) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective respondents submits that on the basis of complaint being made by the fruit vendors, fruits and vegetables of the petitioner were seized by the respondent No. 3. They contend that petitioner was operating his fruit shop contrary to the guidelines issued by the respondent No. 2- Collector, Bilaspur. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the fact that action was taken on account of breach of guidelines issued by the Collector, Bilaspur and further that there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, this petition stands dismissed.
