In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party No.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, petitioners has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0375 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352 and 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3 & 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Mohammadpur, District Barabanki. 4. Learned AGA has informed that the investigation has been completed and the chargesheet has been submitted before the Supervisory authority therefore, the prayer prayed in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 5. Having considered the aforesaid submission of learned AGA, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to the record.
