This application has been filed by the respondent seeking an extension of time, for compliance with the orders of this Court dated 9th April 2025, wherein it was directed that the sale deeds would be executed and registered before the Sub-Registrar, Kapashera on 21st April 2025. 2. Applicant/respondent states that the respondent is illiterate and a housewife and has marriageable daughters; therefore, she is facing some difficulty in vacating the said property at present, and is looking for a rental house. 3. In these circumstances, the application is allowed, and the date before the Sub-Registrar is now re-fixed for 22nd May 2025 at 11:00 A.M. Rest of the directions in order dated 9th April 2025 shall subsist. 4. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted considering that the compliances ought is of order passed in April 2024. 5. Application stands disposed of with the above directions.
