Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice, contained in Annexure no.1, whereby the petitioner has been asked to remove the offending constructions constructed on public utility land, failing which it has been threatened that legal proceedings shall be initiated. 3. Considering the fact that only the notice has been issued and also considering the fact that the petitioner has filed the suit, which is pending before the appropriate court, no relief as sought can be issued. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps in the pending suit, as advised under law. 4. The petition stands disposed off.
