Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 & 2. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following main prayers:- "i) A Writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the Resolution dated 19.06.2025 passed by the petitioner Society, contained as Annexure No.6 to the writ petition. ii) Any other writ order or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances of the case may also kindly be passed. iii) Allow the writ petition with cost." 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the functioning of the Society was temporarily obstructed due to removal of their Secretary. Their godown was also sealed by the Respondents. A Resolution was passed on 19.06.2021 by the petitioners' Society to make a request to the Opposite party no.2 to open the sealed godown and additional charge of Secretary (Non-cadre) has been given to Shri Varun Kumar Mishra, who has also submitted his joining on 08.05.2025. 4. The learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court instructions sent by Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar Cooperative, Barabanki, wherein it has been stated that the Resolution dated 19.06.2025 of the Committee has not been received in his Office. 5. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to send a copy of the Resolution alongwith the covering letter to the Office of the Opposite party no.2- Assistant Commissioner & Assistant Registrar Cooperative within a week from today. If such resolution alongwith covering letter is received by the Opposite party no.2, he shall take an appropriate decision in the matter within a further period of two weeks on receipt of such request.
