Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. C. Jala, learned counsel submits that the limited prayer in the instant review application is only for correction of Para-3 of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 418 of 2024, wherein the words from the “date of remusteration” has appeared. It is submitted that as the case is not the case of remusteration, the counting of service can only be from the date of initial entry into service. 2. Mr. M. Chanda, learned counsel for the respondents/opposite parties does not object to the prayer made by the learned DSGI. 3. Accordingly, Para-3 shall be substituted as follows: - “3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on consideration of the facts and materials, especially the earlier orders passed in similar matter, it is directed that counting of service for financial upgradation under the ACP Scheme should be from the date of initial entry into service.” 4. The above noted Para-3, shall be substituted in place of Para- 3, of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 418 of 2024. 2025:MLHC:1197 5.
