Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 submitted that pursuant to the recommendation made by the DPC in its meeting held on 14-07-2025, for selection and appointment to the posts of Guru (Raasdhari) and Guru (Sutradhari), two incumbents had already been selected and appointment orders has already been given. In support of his contention, learned senior counsel placed before this Court the office order dated 21-07-2025. The learned senior counsel submitted that, in view of the issuance of the said appointment order, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one to challenge the said appointment order.
