By this appeal, the appellant has impugned the order dated 10th December, 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (Civil) No.319 of 2024. 3. Admittedly, the said petition is pending and the order impugned is an interim order by which the appellant has been directed to remit an amount of ₹99,000/- within seven days from the date of the order into the account of the respondent No.1 (original petitioner). 4. Without going into the merits of the impugned order, learned counsel for the appellant states that he will remit the said amount into the respondent No.1’s account before 15th February, 2026, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the learned Single Judge in the pending writ petition. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 also states that the said amount will be accepted without prejudice to his rights and contentions in the writ petition pending before the learned Single Judge. He states that the amount of ₹99,000/- will not be utilised till the aforesaid writ petition is disposed of. 6. With the aforesaid order, the appeal and the miscellaneous application stand disposed of. 2026:MLHC:14-DB 7. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the impugned order and, as such, all contentions of the parties are kept open. (W.
