Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the said representation, the Tahasildar had issued a notice to the petitioner calling upon to produce certain documents and the petitioner has also undertaken to produce the said documents. 3. He submits that as soon as the documents are produced, the Tahasildar will consider the representation and pass the appropriate order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the documents.
