GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in failing to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2025 and failing to register FIR by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 and 07.04.2025. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the representations of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025, 07.04.2025 and 19.04.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 27.03.2025, 07.04.2025 and 19.04.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
