The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 28.01.2025. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that, the police have enquired into the complaint of the petitioner and have found that civil disputes are pending between the 2 petitioner and the 6th respondent. The police further advised the 6th respondent to redress the grievance before the appropriate Civil Court. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. It is made clear that the copy of the said report shall be furnished to the petitioner for taking necessary steps. No costs. 5.
