Deuri, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 30.07.2024, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Page No.# 2/2 Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the Investigating Officer. On the other hand, Mr. R. J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Baguan P.S. Case No. 42/2024, and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. Considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.07.2024 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact. In addition to above two conditions, the additional condition is imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once in every month for the next three months or till the investigation is completed whichever is earlier.
