Case No. 197 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 329(4), 87, 96, 74, 75(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have molested and tried to commit rape with the victim. 4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant Patna High Court CR. MISC.
