The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he came to know that in this case, charge sheet has already been filed in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 272/2025. Though the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor does not have any information regarding filing of the charge sheet, however, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding filing of the charge sheet, this bail application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may appear before the trial court and may file regular bail application before the said court, if so advised. 3.
