Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite parties no. 1, 3 and 4 and Mr. Mohit Chandra, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2. 2. Petition has been filed challenging enquiry report dated 7.2.2025 as communicated vide letter dated 11.2.2025. Further prayer for reinstatement of petitioner on the post of Community Health Officer w.e.f. 20.8.2021 and for payment of his salary/dues from the said date have also been sought. 3. Learned State counsel has been provided instructions in this mater and submits that no final orders in enquiry have yet been passed. 4. Since challenge to the enquiry report is not based on jurisdictional error or indicating any violation of statutory provisions pertaining to initiation of any enquiry and also since final orders have not yet been passed, opposite party no. 4 or any other concerned authority is directed to take final decision on the enquiry report dated 7.2.2025 expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner. 5.
