Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authorities to appoint petitioners on the post of Village Chaukidar in accordance with the government order dated 02.07.2021 read with paragraph-95 of U.P.Police Regulations. 3. From perusal of record, it appears that petitioners have been appointed on the said post by order dated 18.10.2011 on adhoc basis and therefore seek their regularization/confirmation. 4. Since consideration of petitioners grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to move fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be considered within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
