A.No.918 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to condone the delay of 1789 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 8th defendant in the above suit. A.No.919 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 8th defendant in the above suit. A.No.920 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to bring on record the respondents 14 to 20 who are the legal heirs of the deceased 8th defendant and array them as defendants 16 to 22 in the above suit. 2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants 1 to 15 have no objection in allowing these three applications. 3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed. 4.
