GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being constantly troubled by the 3rd respondent at behest of 4th respondent, and is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land which the petitioner claims to be owner. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police would not interfere in private disputes. 2 4. Be that as it may, the 3rd respondent is directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following due process of law. Further, in so far as the civil dispute is concerned, it is left open for the petitioner and the 4th respondent to adjudicate before the appropriate Court. 5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
