He further submits that petitioner/ defendant No. 10 may be permitted to participate in the further proceeding of the civil suit and lead evidence. 2) No objection from other side. 3 3) The prayer made by Mr. Saraf appears to be reasonable. Therefore, instant petition is hereby being disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to participate in the further proceeding of Civil Suit No. 24-A/2023 pending before the learned District Judge, Gharghoda, District- Raigarh (C.G.).
