The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 3 and 5 at behest of respondents 6 are repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute between the petitioner’s grandson and the 6th respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner is not a party to the said suit. 2 3. Considering the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents 3 and 5 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent, without following due process of law.
