Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with following main prayers:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may very kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 02 to consider and decide the Modification Application dated 29.07.2025 by which the petitioner has prayed for modification of the Recovery citation dated 16.09.2022, a copy of which is contained as Annexure no. 1 to this petition. It is further prayed that during the pendency of Modification application the operation of the Recovery Citation Dated 16.09.2022 may kindly be stayed." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed a recall application, which was decided ex-parte on 28.3.2025. The petitioner has also filed a modification application before respondent no.2 on 29.7.2025, which is pending till date. 4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2-The Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow, to consider and decide the modification application moved by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
