The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the trial court to release the applicant in four cases after submitting a personal bond and two sureties, which are as under :- (i) Case Crime No. 461 of 2023, under Sections 392 and 506 of I.P.C., Police Station Khandauli, District Agra. (ii) Case Crime No. 39 of 2024, under Sections 379 and 411 of I.P.C., Police Station Khandauli, District Agra. (iii) Case Crime No. 40 of 2024, under Section 307 of I.P.C., and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Khandauli, District Agra. (iv) Case Crime No. 403 of 2023, under Sections 2/3 of UP Gangsters And Anti Social Activities (Prevention ) Act 1986, Police Station Etmadpur, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that last bail order in favour of the applicant is passed on 8.11.2024. It is further submitted that all the cases are related to police encounter no injury case. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person. Applicant has no means to submit sureties in each cases ordered in bail orders. Applicant has been roped up in four cases in a row on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant). It is further submitted that applicant has been granted bail in all four cases and he is languishing in Jail since 27.1.2024. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the concerned Magistrate is directed to release the applicant in all four cases related to Police Station Khandauli and Etmadpur, District Agra on the basis of a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
