It appears that on legal advice, a review petition was filed and the said review petition was ultimately dismissed on 01.05.2025. Now, the appellant has preferred an appeal against the order dated 20.06.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 144 of 2015 by the learned single judge. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that there is no culpable negligence on the part of the appellant in persuading the matter and we accordingly condone the delay of 873 days in preferring the appeal. 4. Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been filed, all allegations are deemed to have been denied. 5. MC(WA) No. 97 of 2025 is allowed.
