Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for permitting him to work and continue to discharge duties of Seasonal Collection Amin. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner was initially engaged as Seasonal Collection Amin on 07.07.1999 whereafter he has worked intermittently till 2002 but submits that since there is still work available with the department, petitioner may be considered. 4. Since redressal of aforesaid grievance, would be within the powers of the authority concerned, liberty is granted to petitioner to prefer representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil, Sirauli Gauspur, District Barabanki. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
