Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to consider petitioner's representation for transfer from District Ballia to District Bulandshahar in terms of Clause 5 (iii) of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 3. For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 25.07.2025. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 4. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, concerned authority is directed to consider and decide representation dated 25.07.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 25.07.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
