Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Petitioner is granted liberty to correct the nomenclature of opposite party no.1 during the course of day. 3. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 25.07.2025, whereby petitioner has been transferred from Ayodhya to Meerut. 4. It has been submitted that the impugned order has been passed ignoring the provisions of paragraph 5 of Government Order dated 06.05.2025, which provides for couple posting. Since petitioner's wife is currently posted in District Lucknow, petitioner had made a representation seeking such posting or posting in a district adjoining Lucknow, but the same has been ignored. 5. With regard to aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation and seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. 6. Considering the innocuous prayer being made and without adverting to the merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.1 i.e. Commissioner, Department of Food and Civil Supplies, Second Floor, Jawahar Bhawan Civil Lines, Hazaratganj, Lucknow within a period of three days from today. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of ten days from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 7.
