1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there appears to be some defect in the petition, as such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition.
2. The prayer is fair and reasonable and learned counsel for the respondents do not have any objection to the said prayer.
