GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader, for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing the petitioner to vacate the land admeasuring Ac.0.40 cents in Survey No.148 of Bommeparthy Village, Raptadu Mandal, Anantapuram district (for short “schedule property”). It is submitted that the petitioner filed W.P.No.2172 of 2021 and this Court granted an interim order restraining the 2 revenue authorities from interfering with the possession of the petitioner, without following due process of law. It is submitted that now the 3rd respondent at behest of some third parties is pressurizing the petitioner to vacate the premises. 3. Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule property, without following due process of law.
