Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Pratapgarh to decide the application under Section 451 Cr.P.C. dated 22.4.2024 in respect of Criminal Case No.18377 of 2023, State Vs. Abhinav Gupta @ Arun and others, arising out of Case Crime No.351 of 2023 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120B I.P.C. P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Pratapgarh expeditiously within stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2023. He further submits that ends of justice would be subserved if the trial court is directed to decide the proceedings of the aforementioned criminal case within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to decide the trial of aforementioned Criminal Case No.18377 of 2023, with expedition, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
