The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioners' case for compassionate transfer in light of Government Order dated 06.03.2025 issued by the Director General of Police, U.P. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), D.G.P., Headquarter, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
