2. The order dated:07.05.2018 passed by the third respondent vide Annexure-A is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition.

3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ paper with utmost care.
4. Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the complainant has withdrawn the complaint, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed.
The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
Because of withdrawal of the complaint, the order dated:07.05.2018 passed by the third respondent vide Annexure-A is quashed. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
