Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to authority concerned for grant of minimum of pay-scale to petitioner in terms of judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Sabha Shankar Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer reported in 2019(12) SCC 297: AIR 2019 SC 220. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner has been engaged as daily wage worker in Department of Horticulture since 2018 and is continuously working as such but is not being paid minimum of pay-scale. He places reliance on judgment as indicated herein above. 4. With regard to aforesaid grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 6. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director Horticulture & Food Processing, U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 7.
