All the writ petitions have been filed challenging the interlocutory orders passed against the petitioner in Appeal No.238 of 2022. 2. A series of orders, which have been impugned in all the writ petitions, reveal that the petitioner, who is a tenant, is trying to delay the cause of justice in one manner or the other. 3. Considering the fact that all the orders impugned are interlocutory in nature, no interference is called for. 4. In view of aforesaid, all the writ petitions are dismissed with directions to the appellate court to decide the pending Appeal Nos.01 of 2017, 02 of 2017 and 03 of 2017 within a period of three months, without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
