This writ petition has been filed with prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to conduct fair and impartial investigation of the Case Crime No.0598 of 2024, under Section 85, 89, 82(1) of B.N.S. and 3/4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Banda. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the instant case investigation has been concluded and charge sheet has already been submitted against the accused persons. As such the prayer made in the writ petition has been exhausted and the petition has become infructuous. 4. In view thereof, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
