On 15.07.2025, the Court had passed the following order which reads as under:- "None appears for the petitioner. A request for adjournment has also been sought on behalf of learned counsel for the respondents. Considering that the petition is of the year 2023, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. The learned counsel for the parties are requested to participate in the early disposal of the petition. List this petition on 06th August, 2025. In case if the learned counsel for the petitioner has any difficulty, he shall make alternate arrangements." Today, it has been informed that Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has sent an illness slip. Apparently, in light of the order passed on 15.07.2025, it was made clear that in case if the learned counsel for the parties, he shall make alternate arrangements. Despite the aforesaid, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consigned to records.
