GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent at behest of respondents 4 to 6 in repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and insisting to vacate the agricultural land. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, on receipt of a complaint from the 5th respondent, the 3rd petitioner has called the petitioners to the police station. It is submitted that the police after enquiry have found that there are certain civil disputes between the petitioners and the respondents 4 to 6 and that the 3rd respondent has advised them to redress their civil dispute before the appropriate civil Court and also advised not to create any law and order problem. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 5.
