Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to consider the petitioner's claim for adjustment to the post of Administrative Officer in District Hardoi. 3. It has been submitted that earlier in the year 2024, petitioner was promoted to the post of Administrative Officer and he gave his option on 19.05.2025 for posting in District Hardoi where such a post was vacant, particularly in view of serious illness of his aged mother. 4. It is submitted that in view of the vacancy in the District Hardoi, petitioner's case can be considered by the appropriate authority. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2025, expeditiously, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. The petitioner shall annex a copy of his representation dated 19.05.2025 along with the certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
