Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. The present petitions have been filed challenging the interlocutory order dated 29.05.2025 passed by the District Judge, Raibareli in Civil Appeal no.43 of 2025 preferred by the petitioner. By means of the said order, the appellate court has directed and stayed the order, subject to deposit of the damages.
