Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge (Oral) It is heartening to note that with the pro-active role played by the learned Mediator, Sh.S.C.Sharma, Senior Advocate, the parties have amicably settled their dispute. 2. The Criminal Revision is accordingly disposed of in terms of the compromise. The report of Mediator alongwith the statements of parties shall form part of the order. 3. It is made clear that since this order is being passed on the basis of the compromise, therefore, in that eventually, non- compliance and non-adherence of the terms of the compromise, the 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?Yes 2 aggrieved party, irrespective of its status, shall be free to approach this court to enforce the terms of the compromise. 4.
