Mr. Shubhr Rastogi, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Siddhartha Bisht, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present applicant ‘Jugvinder’ is praying for regular bail in relation to a First Information Report dated 19.10.2023 bearing FIR No. 0659 of 2023, P.S. Kotwali, Roorkee, District Haridwar, wherein, the present applicant and 7 others and one unknown person were implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w Section 120B of IPC and Section 34 of IPC. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he was a power of attorney holder, however, this fact has not been disclosed about the genuineness of the person, who has given the power of attorney to the applicant. Furthermore he submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history and the investigation has already been concluded and the chargesheet has been filed and as such there is no need of custodial interrogation. He further submits that not a single penny was either paid to him nor credited in his account. 5. Learned A.G.A. have not disputed this fact that the chargesheet has already been filed and there is no previous criminal history of the applicant. 6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration that the investigation has already been concluded and as such there is no need of custodial interrogation of the present applicant, this court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant ‘Jugvinder’ be released on 2025:UHC:1614 bail on furnishing his personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
